Just thinking about how much money you could give to the two students for pain and suffering? that really wouldn't take that away would it?

Shocking, but my niece works in a high-level position within the school. I have to ask her what is going on.
This just happened again recently. It seems to be happening all too often. I don't think there is compensation for this. The teacher should be fired.
If this were to happen to me, I would sue the school silly. There is no amount of apology that would suffice. I would literally go for the bankrupting of the school. This is discrimination in its ugliest form.
