I Mean Damn!!!

This is my last fillup. Well almost fillup. With a 20 gallon tank, it wasn't completely empty!! And now with 2 cars, I guess i'll be spending even more. But now, I just drive one until it's empty and then drive the other one.

"And now with 2 cars, I guess i'll be spending even more." Does that mean that you will be driving even more bacause you have 2 cars? Does this mean that America should take more control of foreign oil reserves in order for her citizens to remain happy? Does this mean that off-shore drilling and drilling in the national parks should be allowed as the President has wanted be allowed in order to offset prices. Does this mean that oil trading should be banned or even outlawed so that the price is not artificially raised due to speculation? Or does this mean that it's time for a different form of transportation, a different source of fuel, a different way of life? I'm just asking.

@Chet-$4.09 is about what I pay for regular for the truck.

@J-I guess you know the orange and black is a QT trademark!!!

@Curious-It means that I have finally realized the impact that the cost of gasoline is having on my budget. I AM NOT trying to get political. But i'll be damned if I stop driving!

Gas and the price of both electricity and gas for the house are killing my summer plans... I am constantly re-budgeting each month... I love not having a roommate (other than Parker) but I am so close to getting a new roomie to help defray these costs...

If that makes you feel better! Its only the same thing at the end of the day/week/month! You just don't have to fill up as often! Its all a visual and mental illusion!

It takes about $50 for my convertible. I just got me a tune up and getting better gas mileage! Good luck on ya next fillup! Gas is $3.82 in Jersey! :)

Yea yo I feel ya pain on the gas thing. Well kinda... I did my quick math at the gas station on Saturday and put in $35. That half a tank will last me about 3 weeks or so.

Yuck...though Chicago's seen a little bit of relief. I was even shocked to see a price under $4 today...even if one had to purchase a car wash to get it.

Here in the Bahamas gas is going over $5 a gallon. And, they are selling bad gas too. My dad's car is ailing right now. Luv!!

Why do you have two cars?

@Mr. Jones-I have 2 cars because my brother left me his 1999 Explorer while he is in Guam. I am buying it from him since he will be there for 3 years.

I LOVE CHRIS ROCK.
He hinted at the gas prices over 1-2 years ago. He was on Bill Maher's show and all he kept saying was "have you guys seen the gas prices?" I distinctly remember him going on and on about it. NOW LOOK!
I love Chris Rock forever just for his comic projection that is not so funny anymore. I have had to re-think some friendships over GAS prices. Damn already.
