Oh My God!!! I saw this on the news this morning while getting ready for work. I laughed my azz off. I bet that little shock melted all her denture cream AND started her Depend to smoking.
Never ever take on the police. They rule.
Yeah, I don't see anything wrong with what the officer did. He followed protocol for the situation and granny got zapped for her belligerency and not listening.
This is very sad, it is important that when one is stopped by the cops that we be in compliance otherwise the cop will use force to handle the situation. She knew better, but decided to act a damn fool.

Well, I have to respectfully disagree with you guys. That cop is terrible at conflict resolution and he did push ol' gal unnecessarily when she first exited the truck.
I'm willing to bet money on the fact that he is misogynist --- a direct result of his inadequate manhood. He saw an old woman who was not complying and he jumped at the opportunity to exert his "badge" power over her because we all know he has no "bed" power over the other women in his life. I'm sure his wife will agree with me.
