That's ridiculous. And the fact that he arrested her... doesn't make any sense. There have been times when 911 has been called and the phone just continued to ring and even a machine picked up telling you to hold on...
OMG. I just don't even know what to say. I really hope that if I have an emergency that I don't have someone like him answer my 911 calls. I may be a little foul-mouthed too in a crisis.
This is the kinda shyte that happens when cops get to damn comfortable in their positions.
