All of these homos around and he wants to suck a straight dude's dick. This dude needs some guidance for real.
The weekend incident came to light Thursday when Raleigh police released a search warrant connected to the case.
As a member of the tennis team and a stand out in high school, 19-year-old Dejon Bivens of Charlotte is used to having his picture taken, but the mugshot he took over the weekend wasn't voluntary.
Raleigh police charged him with crimes against nature.
Details of the incident were released in a search warrant. There was an off-campus party last Friday at the apartment of one of the tennis team members.
The player told police he went to bed around 3 a.m. Saturday and was awakened two hours later by Bivens performing oral sex on him.
Police arrested and served Bivens with the search warrant that allowed investigators get a saliva sample. He was released on bond that same day.
None of the tennis team members or the coach will comment on the incident though they know about the charges against Bivens.
N.C. State Athletics officials said they can't comment on the matter because of privacy laws, but as of now, Bivens' status with the team has not changed.

That's really sad. I don't want to make light of an unwelcomed sex act being performed on someone, but I hope there's a way to minimize charges against him. No one should have to serve time for a blow job.
But as you said, surely there had to be someone around who would have welcomed his services.
Hmmm... I disagree... I just had a conversation with a friend yesterday regarding this very phenomenon... why are some gay guys so bent on engaging str8 dudes? On average they aren't as attractive, together or HOT...screw that... I'm with gettin' down with my gay men who like what I do and press their bodies, rather than charges! Sexual assault - gay, straight or otherwise is a criminal offense and brotha man needs to sit his dumb ass in jail and think about it. Strangely, he'll stay in practice while there.
I did that to a best friend (back when we were both 16). He was still asleep (or so I thought) until I caught him peeking at me through his eye lashes. We never talked about the incident.
Maybe Bivens was really infactuated with the guy.
Wow, that sucks. Hopefully this doesn't mess up his future too bad.
I also have a friend that falls deeply for straight men. Gets upset when they do things with their friends. And, hopes to take the place of their girlfriends. Its kind of disturbing sometimes. There's a flock of gay men to choose from.
Yea...I'm sure there were some other dude's at the party that shared like interests. He was clearly wildin' out.

Hmmm this makes me think that it was something that he was put up to do. There was no harsh feelings? Please!!! That means he gets down but didn't want it from him! There is something that is happening in the background here because nobody is saying anything! COVERUP I say!
He could not find a willing and able person to perfom that act on. sad man.
Hmmmmmmm...boy I tell ya. Granted the idea of turning a str8 boy is appealing, it was rather dumb of him to go about it this way. I agree that unwanted sexual advances should not go unpunished be it gay, str8 or otherwise. If the law calls for time to be served, then so be it...

bernie, would you have suggested the same thing had it been a woman awaking to a man performing oral sex on her? i see this as rape. it's un-solicited and a complete violation.
All it takes is a question, "can I suck ya dick?" Then there would of been a yes or no. People today just don't use common sense like they once used to!
I heard about this. I was this close ot exposing him as a "look at this nigger", but decided against it. Talk about your bad business decisions. I will say this...I think it is totally inappropriate that the victim took two hours to awaken from his little penis bath (don't be trying to complain after you get your nutt).
What the hell is "crime against nature" in the penal code, because it is not mentioned in the Texas Penal code.
In answer to Christopher, yes, I would say the same thing had it been a man performing on a woman.
But here's the real issue, North Carolina has this law on the books solely to persecute gay men. Had heterosexuals been involved, there never would have been criminal charges brought. Certainly not under a law called "Crimes against nature."

this is not the first time i've heard of something like this. i barely have the balls to SPEAK to a guy, let alone blow him.
and secondly, you ain't gettin' none if i ain't. sorry, i don't service ANYBODY. i'll make an exception for a LTR that needs a lil' sumpin' sumpin' before work, but screw that other stuff.
